Mediation is an informal and confidential way for people to resolve disputes with the help of a neutral mediator who is trained to help people discuss their differences.
Andy graduated in 1982 with a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia (otherwise known as the “Glory Years”). He grew up in the family retail business and once graduating became a part of this organization. While the main business was discount health and beauty care, Andy concepted the idea of translating this format to the sports and leisure arena, where he helped launch the retail chain Players World with locations throughout the southeast. Several years later Andy, along with the other Board members effectuated the sale of both entities to a publicly traded Fortune 500 Corporation.
Shortly thereafter Andy himself went through a divorce with three small children. This led to an interest in him using his professional business and personal divorce experience to help others through the process more efficiently, economically and with better results for all involved. This led him to his second career as a mediator, most of which is done in the family law arena.
Since launching his mediation practice in 2013, Andy has mediated over 1000 family law cases, and is sought after for mediations as well as arbitrations in cases where final agreements on all issues are not reached at the mediation table. He has authored more than a dozen articles which have been featured in the State Bar of Georgia Family Law Review, and has presented at several events focused on family law. Andy has given presentations at the Family Law Institute, Lawyers for Equal Justice, Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, the Atlanta Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, as well as the Cobb County Family Law Section.
In his spare time Andy is a huge music fan, will attend any concert if the band produced a song from the 1960’s until today, enjoys golf, spending quiet time with his wife Sheri, as well as his family of 5 boys.

For the majority of her career Erica Arena-Camarillo has been dedicated to resolving issues arising in the family law arena. Erica worked as a prosecutor at the Office of the DeKalb County District Attorney for six years. While at the District Attorney’s Office she established and enforced interstate child support cases. Prior to her work with the UIFSA (Uniform Interstate Family Support Act) Division, she founded Arena-Camarillo Law where she focused solely on family law matters while also working as a staff attorney at the Gwinnett Sexual Assault Center - Children’s Advocacy Center. While at GSAC-CAC she donned many hats in an effort to aid victims while also supervising third year law students in the temporary protective order clinic. Erica has also been a speaker at the annual child support conference held for DCSS child support attorneys.
Erica’s focus on family law is driven by a strong desire to help people. Family law is complex and encumbered with obstacles that sometimes stand in the way of people understanding what is happening within their cases. Erica’s practice focuses on providing clarity to her clients and ensuring they feel heard rather than victimized by the justice system.
Volunteering is important to Erica. She has participated in a variety of events with the Special Olympics of Georgia, puts together kits for local shelters and most recently had the privilege of volunteering at an Adopt a Senior event with her daughter.
Erica currently resides in Cobb County with her husband, who works as a Senior Prosecutor with the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office, and her two children. Erica was born in Michigan, her husband hails from California and together they are raising two Georgia peaches alongside their dog, Rocco. Her hobbies include running, hiking, reading and camping.
